How does it work?
Whenever you register for a class or workshop online, you'll be prompted to create a user account during the registration process. The information you provide there can then be used to log in here.
- Register for a Workshop
- Create your username and password during the registration process
- Check your email (Don't see it in your inbox? Check your junk/spam folder and mark it as not junk/spam)
- Click on the activation link in the email and... Voila! You're good to go!

The Bascom's Education Department is committed to providing life-enriching experiences through comprehensive arts education for children and adults. We offer a variety of educational programs which include workshops, ongoing classes, Art by Appointment, Open Studio Packages, field trips, demonstrations, community classes, and clubs - designed to meet the needs of artists of all skill levels.

Refund Policy (Please Read!)
50% of your tuition payment is a non-refundable deposit. In the event that a student requests cancellation prior to 45 days of class/workshop commencement, he/she will be offered a course transfer or refund of 50% of the tuition payment. If a student cancels within 45 days prior to the first day of class, no refund will be made. The Bascom reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum enrollment, and full refunds will be issued.

Holiday Market - Festive Shopping through December
The Bascom’s Holiday Market will transform our retail space into a festive shopping destination, featuring a stunning collection of handcrafted items from local and regional artists, including Frank Vickery, Christine Smith, Olga King, Virginia Fisher, Jo Hill, Corbin Tucker, Eva Hoke, Highlands Bolivian Missions, Backyard Bees, Priscilla Galloway, Madison Minus, Gwen Greenglass, Anna Scarpa McCauley, Bascom Clay Studio members, and more.

Holiday Market Reception and Wine Tasting
Kick off the holiday season at The Bascom’s Holiday Market Reception! Our space transforms into a festive wonderland where you can explore a curated selection of unique, handcrafted gifts perfect for everyone on your holiday list.
Join us for an afternoon of shopping while enjoying a delightful wine tasting. In addition to finding that perfect gift, take part in holiday-themed workshops, visit the Santa Letter Writing Station, and let the kids get creative with Make-and-Take Ornaments in the SmART Space. Don’t forget to snap a memory at our festive photo selfie station!

Gingerbread House Workshop (Morning Session)
Fun for all ages! Gingerbread designers will find a buffet of all the sweets and confections needed to decorate imaginative gingerbread houses. Participants may enter their creations in a contest to be judged by popular vote. The winner will receive a Bascom art by appointment gift certificate!
Each registration reserves one gingerbread house. Please register for how many gingerbread houses your family will require.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Continue the holiday cheer after the Highlands Christmas Parade at The Bascom’s second Holiday Market Reception! While our November event kicked off the season, this family-friendly afternoon is the perfect way to keep the celebration going.
Explore our winter wonderland, filled with unique, handcrafted gifts for everyone on your list. Warm up with hot chocolate, enjoy seasonal treats, and listen to cheerful holiday music. The kids will love writing letters at the Santa Letter Writing Station and creating Make-and-Take Ornaments in the SmART Space. Plus, don’t forget to capture a fun moment at our photo selfie station!

Bring the whole family to The Bascom for a special day at our Holiday Market! On December 14th, Santa will be here for photos, so don't forget your camera. This event is free and open to all, though donations are appreciated to support The Bascom’s community programs. Come make lasting memories with us this holiday season!
